The project entails the construction of an apartment building situated in a bustling district of Amman. Comprising four residential floors, each housing a 130 sqm apartment, the building offers a blend of comfort and functionality. Two design options were presented to the client, aiming to cater to their preferences effectively. Embracing the use of locally sourced materials, particularly stone, the design reflects a departure from contemporary aesthetics, fostering a harmonious integration with the surrounding environment.

Efforts were made to ensure that the architectural elements resonate with the local culture while maintaining a sense of distinction. The meticulous selection of materials and design elements not only enhances the building's aesthetic appeal but also contributes to its sustainability and longevity. Through a thoughtful synthesis of traditional and modern design principles, the project endeavors to create a residential space that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also rooted in its cultural context, offering residents a unique and enriching living experience in the heart of Amman.
